> An honest panel evening at House of Champions on pressure, resilience and men's wellbeing, with three well-known Jersey figures, a beer and a sandwich.

Three men. Three very different careers. One honest conversation.

What do you learn about handling pressure, staying resilient and keeping perspective when your career has taken you through business, broadcasting, public life, investment and leadership?

Champion Voices returns to House of Champions for a special evening with Man Club Jersey, bringing together Murray Norton, Martin George and Matt Falla for a candid and entertaining conversation about life, work and everything that comes with it.

Over a beer and a Man Club sandwich, the panel will talk about their careers and experiences, the pressures men face at work and in life, the lessons they have learned along the way, and why having the right people around you can make all the difference.

The evening promises honest stories, different perspectives and plenty of personality, with the chance for the audience to put their own questions to the panel, then continue the conversation over food and drinks afterwards.

Man Club Jersey is a safe, supportive and judgement-free space where men can come together to talk or simply listen. It was established in Jersey by Matt Falla in 2021, following his own experience of poor mental health and the creation of Man Club in Guernsey in 2019.

At its heart is a simple idea: men shouldn't have to deal with everything on their own.

This special edition of Champion Voices brings that spirit to House of Champions, opening up a wider conversation about the challenges men face today, the things that help, and what people can learn from each other.

Meet the panel

Murray Norton, Chief Executive, Jersey Chamber of Commerce

Chief Executive of Jersey's largest business organisation since 2018, Murray brings a rare mix of business, media and political experience. A former retail and restaurant business owner, he spent 22 years as a BBC presenter, has presented on Channel 103 and hosted online television shows in the USA, Spain, Sweden and the UK. He served as Deputy for St Brelade and Assistant Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture from 2014 to 2018. He has raised millions for local charities and is a familiar voice as host of events including the Battle of Flowers, Jersey Air Display and Liberation Day.

Martin George, Chairman, Visit Jersey

Martin began his career as a marketing graduate at Cadbury before spending almost 20 years at British Airways in marketing, commercial and general management roles, rising to Commercial Director. He went on to be Group Development Director at Bupa and, most recently, Customer Director at Waitrose. He now holds non-executive roles at Visit Jersey, Goodwood and Trust Alliance Group.

Matt Falla, Founder, Man Club Jersey, and Managing Director, Evelyn Partners International

Matt Falla runs Evelyn Partners' investment management business in Jersey. His own experience of poor mental health led him to establish Man Club in Guernsey in 2019, before setting up the Jersey group in early 2021 to create a place where men could speak, listen and be heard.

He believes the path to feeling positive starts with accepting that sometimes you won't and finding people who understand.

Tickets must be booked in advance.
