Different Bodies: Same Workplace – Is There Really a Difference?
at united club by Vitality40plus

A free corporate breakfast in St Helier exploring men's, women's and mental health at work, with the founders of Man Club Jersey and Eve Studios.
Different Bodies. Same Workplace.
Is there really a difference?
A corporate breakfast with Matt Falla and Trudi Roscouet.
Men's health, women's health and mental health bring different bodies and different challenges, but are workplace experiences really so different?
Matt Falla, Founder of Man Club Jersey, and Trudi Roscouet, Founder of Eve Studios, lead an honest and thought-provoking morning exploring the health challenges affecting men and women in today's workplace.
From hormonal health and menopause to mental wellbeing, stress, stigma and the conversations people often avoid, the session looks at where experiences differ, where they overlap and why understanding both matters.
Why attend?
• Gain fresh perspectives on men's and women's health at work.
• Explore the impact of health and wellbeing on workplace culture, productivity and retention.
• Challenge assumptions and encourage conversations that matter.
• Discover practical ways to build a healthier, more inclusive workplace.
The hosts describe it not as another corporate presentation but as an opportunity to challenge perceptions, share experiences and rethink how colleagues support one another at work.
