Students with ADHD bring creativity, energy and unique perspectives to the classroom, but they may also face challenges that require thoughtful support. This workshop is designed to deepen understanding of the key challenges that students with ADHD may face in education, such as executive function challenges, time blindness, task paralysis, motivation, difficulty focusing, planning, emotional regulation and more.

The workshop is solution focused, incorporating around 20 evidence-based strategies that can help students engage more fully with their studies and revision, so they can learn in ways that work best for them. Drawing on the latest research, as well as years of specialist practice delivering evidence-based therapy to young people and adults with ADHD for one of the UK's leading neurodevelopmental services, the one-hour workshop aims to equip parents and students with tools and techniques that build confidence, improve engagement and promote meaningful progress.
