As midnight approaches, the restaurant and bar come together for one spectacular celebration, complete with a live DJ and a glass of champagne to toast the arrival of 2027.

The Restaurant — Michelin-Starred Tasting Menu | Indulge in an exceptional Michelin-starred tasting menu before joining the celebrations as we count down to midnight.
The Bar — Three-Course Menu | Settle in for an indulgent three-course menu, followed by an evening of music, cocktails and celebrations.
The Bar — From 10.30pm | Join the party from 10.30pm onwards and dance your way into 2027 with a live DJ and champagne at midnight.
